Hi,
I have a problem. My scholarship has been rescinded, and my FAFSA has been lessened, because I am not being considered a full time student. Full time, by their definition, is 12 credits. My nursing school only offers 9 credits per semester, and that's for its full time nursing program. Because of clinicals and the longer nature of some of my other classes, 9 is as high as could fit in the time allotted. How do you suggest I address this?
Thank You!

Hi
I have forwarded this information on to another staff person. Hopefully, we will get some head way on the issue.

Hello,
So the best suggestion is to speak with your school financial aid about this. What was the contract concerning your financial aid? Have then explain it?
Ask if there is something that can be done. Because FAFSA is federal aid there are very strict standards to meet this and there is no get around for it.
After this if you find no assistance pursue it further up the communication ladder. They are aware of the federal requirements of credits for full-time status.
Thank you Tanya
